Gedik Casting & Valve is owned by GEDIK HOLDING, one of the biggest conglomerates of Turkey which also operates in welding, finance, education and health/food sectors with its leader establishments. Gedik Casting and Valve has been manufacturing valves and armatures under TERMO brand since 1967.
Gedik Casting & Valve, has the yearly capacity of 15,000 tons sand casting, and 1,500 tons investment casting with 250,000 pieces of Valves and Armatures. The company headquarters is in Pendik – Istanbul. The company has its new eco-friendly foundry at the 2nd Organized Zone of Hendek, Sakarya (160 km. southeast of Istanbul) and quadrupled its sand casting capacity.
Gedik Casting & Valve, meets the demands of a wide range of sectors including marine applications, automotive, defence, energy, ship construction, building and construction for steam, thermal oil, hot water, natural gas, chemical fluids, seawater and HVAC applications. TERMO valves and armatures having technologically and functionally advanced design features are manufactured in compliance with the national and international standards such as ISO 9001:2008, TSE, CE, PED 97/23/EC, AD2000-W0, AD2000-HPO, API, Bureau Veritas, Turkish Lloyd, DNV, RINA, GOST, SEPRO.
Schünemann has been successfully active for more than 80 years with technical competence and experience in the areas of special valves, filters and filtration systems. Our products have high quality requirements and are partially used under extreme conditions.
The development, production and testing of our products are performed exclusively on our premises. This makes us independent from third parties and makes us able to react quickly at any time with technically challenging system solutions customized to the individual requirements of our customers.
