Valser Synergy recently held its much-anticipated 2025 Townhall at the company’s CIPTA Workshop; an energising gathering that brought together employees from across all departments to reflect, connect, and align on the path ahead.
The session opened with a warm welcome to new members who have recently joined the Valser family, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a strong, collaborative culture. Their addition marks a continued investment in people as the foundation of our growth.

Leadership then took the floor to review the company’s achievements over the past year, celebrating milestones while acknowledging the collective effort behind them. The townhall also served as a platform to provide transparency on Valser Synergy’s financial outlook, with updates on evolving business conditions and what they mean for the year ahead.
One of the key announcements was the launch of a new internal platform designed to enhance the way information and updates are shared across the organisation. The platform will also streamline essential processes, making it easier for employees to access tools and resources needed for day-to-day operations.

In line with the company’s evolving culture and people-first philosophy, the Human Resources department has been officially rebranded as the People & Culture Department. This transformation reflects Valser Synergy’s commitment to employee experience, engagement, and wellbeing. The team members of the People & Culture department were also introduced during the session.
Additionally, departments across the organisation shared key project updates and upcoming priorities, setting the stage for a second half of the year focused on collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
